60 Days to More Wealth Exercise - Day 42

60 Days to More Wealth, Health & Prosperity Exercise
Adapted from Dr. Silvia Hartmann’s Book “60 Second Wealth Creators”

Day 42. “I have a credit card and I’m not afraid to use it!”

Mastering Your Mastercard … well that’s a fine title, don’t you think?
Look, a credit card is like a DOG – either you get it under control, or it will control your life and drive you crazy. And cutting up your credit card is like the ultimate admission of DEFEAT – I can’t control my dog so I shot it!
So today, we’re going to release our fear of our credit cards and get our head around the fact that they are very, very useful and can be a tremendous ASSET in our lives – but we must stop being afraid of them first!
In a moment, close your eyes and imagine your credit card (your first, your favorite, your worst!). Take a moment to consider that you’re many times bigger and you have hands and all of that, whereas the card is a very small and flat piece of plastic!
It’s no contest!
Flip the card from one hand into the other and understand that it’s just a form of reverse bank account and that you have NOTHING WHATSOEVER to fear from this, and much to gain if you TREAT IT RIGHT.
Finally just shrink the card to the size of a stamp, then an ant, then make it implode altogether and – go to work!

60 Days to More Wealth Exercise - Day 25

Day 25 - Tell Me What You Want …
One of the many ways we manage to talk ourselves out of desires and achievements is the thought of, "Oh BUT I don't know how ..."
Sometimes in order to alleviate disappointment, it's better not to want it at all, right?
WRONG!
If you don't WANT something, or you don't ALLOW YOURSELF TO WANT SOMETHING, how on earth are you ever going to get it?
It's a structural impossibility!
So to the rescue comes the handy thought that in order to WANT something, you DO NOT HAVE TO KNOW ***HOW*** that could be possibly achieved.
That's a different topic, a different matter, and has NOTHING to do with the wanting of something.
I want to complete financial security, for example.
BUT ... I'm not rich enough, it's impossible!
GET LOST, BUT!
I WANT COMPLETE FINANCIAL SECURITY.
I really do.
And THAT, as they say, is my birthright as a human being - to WANT THINGS, TO WANT EXPERIENCES, TO DESIRE.
Now, it's YOUR turn.
WHAT DO YOU WANT?

Daily Switchword:  CHARM = To manifest your heart’s desire

Selling a Script on Title Alone - Create High Concept Titles

Is it possible to sell a script on a title alone?  Rarely but yes.  People have done it but even if you aren't an A-list screenwriter, you can at least get people interested in your book or screenplay by stating the title alone if it's a high concept title.  The title followed by a magnificient logline will get you read.  Below are tips excerpted from the book, "The #1 Secret to Sell Your Screenplay to Hollywood".

CREATING HIGH CONCEPT TITLES

A good title must be:

1. Concise. One to five words is the best length.

2. Genre-appropriate, The Bourne Identity hints at suspense and threat.

3. Relevant. The audience feels cheated if they can’t see a title’s relevance.

This doesn’t mean the relevance always has to be obvious from the beginning. But never take a passing detail and stick it in the title for show.

4. Intriguing. Makes people wonder what or who the story is about. Will the title you’re considering make readers ask questions, questions you answer in your story?

5. Tantalizing. Makes your title irresistible.

6. Memorable. Titles should be easy to remember. The catchier the better.
